District at Memorial offers a unique rooftop pool with skyline views, along with upscale amenities including a two-story fitness center, movie room, game room, business center, and beautifully designed courtyards.
We do not offer furnished apartment homes at this time. However, our spacious floor plans provide a great blank canvas for you to make the space your own. If you need recommendations for local or national furniture rental companies, we’re happy to help!

Leasing and Application Process

Scheduling a tour at District at Memorial is easy! Book online using the “Book Your Tour” option on the website, call the leasing office at (713) 322‑6599 or stop by in person during office hours for a walk‑in tour. Choose from in‑person or virtual tour options to fit your schedule.

Applicants are required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID and income verification through Verifast.

Income, credit, rental history, and background qualifications are evaluated through our third-party screening provider. Contact our leasing office for current qualification criteria and requirements.

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required for all residents. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to move-in and maintained throughout your lease term. If you need assistance selecting a policy or submitting documentation, our team is happy to help.

Pricing, Fees, & Deposits

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can pay your rent online through the resident portal or mobile app. Simply log in, choose your payment method (bank account or card - may include a convenience fee), and submit your payment. You can also set up automatic payments for convenience.

Move-In, Lease Terms

District at Memorial offers 3-14 month lease terms.

Prior to move-in, residents must provide proof of renters insurance, establish electric service, sign all lease documents, and pay any outstanding move-in charges.

There is a one-time pet fee per pet, one-time pet deposit per pet and then pet rent per pet per month fee. The property is minutes from Memorial City Mall and CityCentre, giving residents easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Grocery stores such as HEB, Kroger, and Whole Foods Market in the Memorial City/CityCentre area.
